Kielce Bike EXPO 2018 - short report
The 9th edition of the largest bicycle industry exhibition in Poland - Kielce Bike Expo is behind us. This year, we managed to jointly distribute the Nextie brand in Poland together with PRO FUN. As always, the fairs were consuming three days. On the last day, everyone could enter, not just B2B customers.
On the first day we had a lot of interesting conversations regarding the development of the bicycle service and sale market in Poland via the Internet. We also managed to interest several service owners with our product. I am very pleased that the popularity of the application and the Bikeservice system in the industry is constantly growing. Many people are watching us and want to cooperate. The first day also showed that we are interested in the bicycle press.
On Friday, the second day of the fair, we continued a lot of conversations from the morning. In the afternoon, we had important observations regarding attendance. The lack of such brands as Kross and Shimano caused a significant decrease in the number of visitors compared to the previous year. Next year will be the tenth edition of the fair and we hope that it will change.
On the day open to the public, it was possible for the people to talk about how our application works and why it should be used when the bike needs repair. Unfortunately, unfavorable weather and the lack of a race also did not help to reach more people. We managed, however, once again to talk about joint activities with the magazine Szosa. We hope that in the near future you will be able to see the effects :)
In summary, it was worth coming and showing your brand. Conversations with people and friends from the industry is a very important matter, especially for a young company. Very positive comments about our solution strongly motivate you to continue working. We would like all our conversations to continue in the future. May there be more such positive moments next year and our new ideas have been at least partially implemented. Then there will be another level for valuable conversations :)
